  • The display may have been changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit in error.
  • To change back to Celsius:
  • Press the ‘spanner/screwdriver’ key until ‘LOA’ appears on the display.
  • Press the ‘Min’ key until ‘SCL’ appears on the display.
  • Press the ‘arrow enter’ key until ‘FAH’ appears on the display.
  • Press the ‘Min’ or ‘Max’ key until the display changes to ‘CEL’.
  • Press the ‘arrow enter’ key to confirm. The display shows ‘SCL’.
  • Press the ‘spanner/screwdriver’ key; the display returns to showing the current temperature. 

  • Door alarm.
  • Please check that the door is closing and sealing well. 

  • High air temperature.
  • Temperature has been higher than 8°C for 15 minutes or more.
  • If the fridge has only just been plugged in or reconnected to electricity supply following a power cut, then this can happen.
  • Press the mute key to silence the alarm.
  • Otherwise, immediately move the stock to another working refrigeration appliance of the same type.
  • Arrange a service visit if there is no obvious explanation for the alarm, such as the door not being closed properly. 

  • High load temperature.
  • Temperature has been higher than 8°C for 15 minutes or more.
  • If the fridge has only just been plugged in or reconnected to electricity supply following a power cut, then this can happen.
  • Press the mute key to silence the alarm.
  • Otherwise, immediately move the stock to another working refrigeration appliance of the same type.
  • Arrange a service visit if there is no obvious explanation for the alarm, such as the door not being closed properly. 

  • Low air temperature.
  • Temperature has been lower than 2°C for 15 minutes or more.
  • The setpoint may need to be raised slightly – please refer to the user manual or contact us for advice. 

  • Low load temperature.
  • Temperature has been lower than 2°C for 15 minutes or more.
  • The setpoint may need to be raised slightly – please refer to the user manual or contact us for advice. 

  • High temperature alarm on freezer models.
  • If the freezer has only just been plugged in or reconnected to electricity supply following a power cut then this can happen.
  • Press the mute key to silence the alarm.
  • Otherwise, move the stock immediately to another working refrigeration appliance of the same type.
  • Arrange a service visit if there is no obvious explanation for the alarm, such as the door not being closed properly. 

The temperature sensor probe may have failed or worked loose from the controller – arrange a service visit.
