Our dedicated UK wide service engineers can provide installation and operation qualifications (IQ/OQ) for all Lec Medical refrigeration products and can temperature map your fridge/freezer to ensure it complies with the MHRA annual requirements and recommendations.
An IQ and OQ from Lec Medical will provide you with the following:
- Full installation of your fridge/freezer by a trained and dedicated Lec Medical engineer
- Assistance in staff training on how to use the product correctly and to its full potential
- Guarantee that the unit is in sound condition and operating within the correct parameters
- Dedicated technical helpline and award winning customer care centre
- UK wide service engineer team
- IQ and OQ certificate to guarantee the products performance at point of installation
Temperature mapping from Lec Medical will provide you with the following:
- Full temperature map of your fridge/freezer by a trained and dedicated Lec Medical engineer
- Calibrated equipment used throughout the test procedure
- Temperature mapping over 24 hour minimum period as recommended by MHRA
- Detailed report and analysis of the performance of your unit
- UK wide service engineer team
- Dedicated technical helpline and award winning customer care centre
